Join me on a guided deep listening session in a method I developed called sonic perimeter deep listening. Over many years I have developed a method that I call ‘sonic perimeter deep listening’. It’s designed to ground myself in the Earth, but also to acknowledgement my full sensory environment and my inner dialogue. For me, it combines creative and cultural forms of listening that allow me to accept, acknowledge and be witness to the world. This is an extension of Furari Flores – my multisensory arts experience exploring the wonder of plants.
Furari Flores is still available to view online.
